Return Policy
The COMPANY supporting e-Commerce gives you the opportunity, through the completeness of the descriptions which it posts on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available on your computer screen quickly and easily. Wanting to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily markets, we list below the terms and conditions for the return of defective or non-defective products.
Product Returns due to delivery error
In all cases in which other than the sold goods are delivered, by type or quantity or there is a missing property which has been previously agreed in writing with the COMPANY, the customer returns the products for inspection and ascertainment of the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the company as well as the costs of return to the customer are borne by the COMPANY as long as the method of return proposed by the company is observed.
Product Return Process
If you change your mind, you can make the change strictly within 15 working days from the date of receipt of your order (no refunds will be made). Changes will not be accepted after this period. (Discount items are NOT changed)
Make sure the product is in its original condition (without signs of use or wear)
Let us know by e-mail at nikapo4@gmail.com that you are going to return the product to help you choose something else of equal or greater value (if available) and we are waiting for the return of your parcel. Return and change costs are NOT borne by the company. As soon as the parcel is sent, you immediately send us the ACS shipping number (a prerequisite for us to book the new product you have chosen). If the new product you selected runs out before you send us the shipment number we are NOT responsible and you will have to choose something else.
Go to ACS COURIER in your area and send the parcel in its original packaging with the following information:

ATTENTION: It is your responsibility until the product reaches us, so it is important to ensure its safe transport to avoid any damage or loss and therefore the inability to change it.
What happens next
Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the date of receipt in our warehouses. Immediately after, we pack your new parcel and send it to you. As all products go through quality control just before they are sent to you, please understand that any returned products that have defects or signs of use will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense as they are considered used.
Items that have been damaged as a result of extensive or misuse are not considered defective and the company does NOT bear any responsibility.
